Across the vast world of Toril, tensions erupt into open conflict as ancient magical leylines surge to the surface in Katashaka, threatening to unravel the very fabric of the Weave. Fearing catastrophe, the nations of Faerûn, Kara-Tur, and Zakhara unite as the Western Concordat, determined to contain the arcane upheaval before it destabilizes all magic.

But in the south, the realms of Maztica and Katashaka refuse foreign intervention. Bound by a shared history of resistance and pride, they forge the Southern Dominion Pact, vowing to defend their lands and sovereignty from outside control. With both alliances claiming righteousness, the world fractures into a war driven by fear, ambition, and long-buried wounds.

Amid this global turmoil, a small band of rising adventurers finds themselves drawn into the conflict. Each hails from a different life—Knight, Commander, Exile, Runaway, and more—yet all have forged unexpected renown through acts of courage, cunning, or chaos. Their deeds, once known only in scattered towns and border villages, have now caught the eye of powerful forces.

Recognizing the group’s potential, the Western Concordat recruits them into a newly formed unit of special operatives, tasked with missions too delicate, dangerous, or politically volatile for armies to handle. What begins as a short and “simple” assignment soon reveals layers of intrigue capable of shifting the fate of nations.In a world divided by magic and might, this party will determine whether Toril breaks… or endures.
